What type of product warranty does Airwave Solutions offer?

All Vertex Standard radio equipment, excluding accessories, comes with a 3-year manufacturers warranty. All other manufacturers' warranties are 1-year.

How long before I receive my order?

Normally, you should receive your radios within 10-days. If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you.

What is your return policy?

The Airwave Solutions satisfaction guarantee allows you to return any item if you are not happy with its performance within 30 days. If your product is defective, we will either repair or replace it within its warranty period.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, for those radios where a quantity discount is available, it will be indicated on its product page.
